THE
STRONGEST AND MOST HIGHLY
ENGINEERED POOL AVAILABLE TODAY
The
Unmatched Strength of Structural Polymer
For strength and durability, nothing
compares to structural polymer. We take 100% pure plastic
resins and inject them with nitrogen to create non-corrosive
panels that are as strong as steel. These panels will
not rust, rot, dent or corrode.
Structural polymers are being
used in an ever increasing capacity including portions
of military equipment such
as in the M1 Tank and Stealth Bomber, building applications
from subfloors to ceilings and a wide variety of automotive
uses including exterior body panels and removable hardtops.
Structural polymers are even being used to manufacture
railroad crossing inlays.
Fort Wayne Pools is
one of the nation's largest molders of structural polymer
parts. Since the early 1970s,
Fort Wayne Pools has pioneered some of the largest structural
polymer components produced in the world. Including
the first molds with a press large enough to mold a
175-pound structural polymer part in one injection mold
cycle.
Fort
Wayne Pools has been manufacturing
inground swimming pool components for over 30 years.
With more than 500 Americans employed at our Indiana
facilities, the midwest work ethic is alive and well.
Innovation and product excellence have gained for us
a reputation that is second to none.
The Elite Pool, Without
Equal
Since
1976, we've been making pool components out of structural
polymer. Over the years, using computer-aided design
techniques, we were able to identify the panel's maximum
stress points and design accordingly. The vertical,
horizontal and diagonal ribs found in our walls give
it more strength and therefore more quality than any
other pool wall on the market today. Our walls have
three times the ribbing of our competitors' for unrivaled
strength. In fact, there is just no stronger support
in the industry than that offered by the structural
polymer wall of The Elite Pool.
Add our Reliance®
deck support system and you have unparalleled strength
for your pool deck. Every three to
six feet of pool wall you will find a brace. These braces,
when filled with concrete, create a pillar system to
support your decking that is similar to what you would
find supporting concrete bridges.
And it gets
even better; add our liners, coping and steps and you
have a pool substructure that is 100% Fort
Wayne Pools. The most Elite pool available.
