Paying particular attention to safety, strength and aesthetics, our designers concieve a pattern, which is first drafted on paper then built as a solid structure composed of steel and wood. Design features, such as steps, convenience ledges, textured surfaces, and swim-outs are made at this time.

From this solid structure, a fiberglass plug is made. A plug, in very simple
terms, is an extremely thick prototype of a swimming pool. From this plug, a fiberglass mold is made. A mold, you might say, is a swimming pool turned inside out. Hundreds of pools are perfectly replicated from this mold.
